The quote calculator
The tender file you choose in the calculator is read in your browser. It is not uploaded to our servers and is not kept after you close the page. We receive the details you confirm (value, lots, contract type, deadline, invoicing profile) and your contact details only if you ask for a proposal or a review. The fee shown is indicative and a person confirms every proposal, so no decision about you is taken automatically.
Data you give us about other people
Bid files often contain personal data of your key experts, representatives, subcontractors or supporting companies, for example CVs, diplomas or criminal-record certificates. For this data you decide what is submitted, and we act as your processor under a data processing agreement. Please inform the people concerned.
Recipients
We share personal data only as needed, with:
- our email and office software provider;
- our booking calendar (Calendly, on an account held by LAZARUS GROUP GLOBAL S.R.L.);
- Google Analytics, on an account held by LAZARUS GROUP GLOBAL S.R.L. and only with your consent;
- our accountant;
- sworn translators and external specialists engaged on your mandate, under confidentiality;
- and, as independent recipients, licensed attorneys, notaries, banks and insurers.
Public bodies receive data where the law requires it, or on your instruction: the Romanian tax authority (ANAF), contracting authorities through SEAP, the CNSC and the courts. A named list of providers is available on request.
International transfers
We prefer providers that keep data in the EU. Where a provider is outside the EEA, we rely on an adequacy decision of the European Commission, such as the EU–US Data Privacy Framework for certified US providers, or on standard contractual clauses. Submitting a bid to a Romanian contracting authority through SEAP is not a transfer outside the EU.

Security
Access to client files is restricted to the people working on the mandate and is logged. We sign a confidentiality agreement before any tender document is exchanged.
Your rights
You can ask for access to your data, correction, erasure, restriction or a copy in a portable format, and you can object to processing based on our legitimate interest, including at any time to direct marketing. Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it at any time. Write to contact@consultantseap.ro; we reply within one month, free of charge, in English or Romanian. You can also complain to the Romanian supervisory authority, ANSPDCP (www.dataprotection.ro (opens in a new tab)), or to the authority in the country where you live or work. Requests about data in a client's bid file are passed to that client, who decides on them, and we help.
Automated decisions
We do not take decisions about you based only on automated processing.
