Where do I find the data sheet?
- Open the procedure on e-licitatie.ro.
- Go to “Lista de fișiere care compun documentația de atribuire” under “Documente de atribuire”, or request the tender-document archive.
- Download “Instrucțiuni pentru ofertanți/candidați (Fișa de date)”. The filename usually starts with “Instructiuni_ofertanti_FisaDate_DF” or “FisaDate_DF”.
How is the fee calculated?
- On the estimated value excluding VAT of the lots you tick, using the published scale on the Pricing page. Each rate applies only to the part of the value inside its slice, so a larger tender never costs less than a smaller one.
Questions
Why is the success fee only an estimate?
Because it is calculated on your share of the winning bid value, which we know only when you are called to sign. The calculator uses the estimated value; if your winning bid is lower, the fee is lower.
What happens to my file?
It is read in your browser and is never uploaded. We receive only the details you confirm, and only if you request a proposal.
We bid for several lots. What do we tick?
Tick only the lots you will bid for. The fee is calculated on their total, which costs less than separate tenders. Lots with their own technical or financial proposal add 10% each in the written quote.
Is the estimate binding?
No. It is indicative. We confirm a fixed-fee written proposal within one working day of reviewing the documents.
